Shipping Policy

Processing Time:

 

All orders are processed within 2 to 4 business days. Please note that orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. During high-demand periods, processing may take slightly longer.

 

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:

 

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location and chosen shipping method. Here are the estimated delivery times:

 

- Standard (US): 3 to 5 business days

- Expedited (US): 2 to 3 business days

- International: 7 to 21 business days (varies by country)

 

Tracking Information:

 

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. This number will allow you to follow your package every step of the way.

Return & Exchange Policy

Returns

  • Returns are accepted within 30 days of the delivery date.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.

  • Sale items, limited drops, and custom pieces are final sale and not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • Need a different size or color? We offer free exchanges for U.S. customers (subject to availability).

How to Start a Return or Exchange

Refunds

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method once your return is received and inspected.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your gear arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery — we’ll make it right, no questions asked.
